白塔寺保护区综合整治与更新研究

摘　　要：通过系统分析白塔寺保护区的基本条件,从落实规划法规、彰显城市形象、改善民生现状、推进世界城市战略等角度论证了白塔寺保护区进行综合整治与更新的必要性。认为白塔寺保护区在建筑保护、风貌保存、交通连接、设施配套、规划保障等方面存在较大问题,需要在文物保护与环境整治、空间布局调整、基础设施配套、地下空间开发、划分重点保护区和建设控制区等方面进行综合整治与更新。According to the system analysis of BaiTaSi Reservation district,it is very necessary that taking some actions to improve and update the BaiTaSi Reservation district.On the whole,there are some problems about the architecture protection,community style preservation,transport connection,facilities matching and planning organization which influence the sustainable development of BaiTaSi Reservation district.To achieve the goal of comprehensive improvement and renewal for BaiTaSi Reservation District,some measures should be took which including preservation of cultural relics,improvement of environment,adjust of the layout of space,Improvement of facilities,development of underground space and taking different ways to protect the Key protection area and construction controlled area.
