摘　　要：本文介绍了信息共享空间相关的概念,探讨了从资源整合、标准信息利用和创新型服务三个方面的有关问题,阐述了国家标准馆建设技术标准信息共享空间的可行性与重要性,并提出了国家标准馆结合自身基础结构与条件,建立技术标准信息共享空间的目标、主要功能及构建模式。This paper introduces the concepts of information commons and its development. It describes the feasibility and importance of establisment of technical standards information commons of National library of Standards from three aspects which include the resources integration, the use of standard information and innovative services. Also, the paper proposes the goals, major functions and construction mode of establishment of technical standards information commons for implement this newly emerging service model based on National Library of Standards＇ infrastructure and services.
