摘　　要：进入2012年,奥巴马政府出台了一些系列政策文件和举措,对美国的军事战略做出了自冷战结束以来最为重大的调整。调整的内容包括:修正"两场战争"理论,避免扩大战线;避免卷入持久的大规模地面作战,强调代价较小、渗透性更强的特种作战;把军事战略重心向亚太倾斜,同时保持对中东的高度关注;制定"联合作战介入"构想,应对所谓"反介入/区域拒止"挑战。这些调整举措是由多方面因素促成的,其中,遏制中国崛起、阻止中国维护领土主权和拓展战略空间是最为重要的考虑之一。With the publication of a number of policy documents over the past few months, the Obama Administration has made some important adjustments to the U.S. military strategy. As the most significant transformation ever since the end of the Cold War, the adjusted strategy includes: revising the 'two-war scenarios' doctrine so as to avoid overreach in battle lines; refraining from engaging in protracted and large scale ground warfare and attaching importance to special warfare that is cost-effective with stronger infiltration; pivoting its strategic focus to the Asia Pacific while giving heavy emphasis on the Middle East, and developing the concept of 'joint operation involvement', in order to address the so-called 'anti-access/area-denial' challenges. These adjustments and measures are made possible by a variety factors, and the most important one is to curb China's rise, prevent it from defending its territorial integrity and strategic space as well.
