摘　　要：随着网络技术与网络应用的迅速发展 ,企业生产经营也走向了网络化。企业由“大而全”、“小而全”模式走向了企业间的合作 ,出现了企业间的动态联盟与虚拟企业。随着这种网络化生产模式的发展 ,企业对建模方法及建模工具的要求也有了新的变化 ,出现了跨地域的协商建模和企业之间的动态协同建模。介绍了新开发的基于 Internet/Intranet的协同交互建模系统。With the fast-growing of the network technology and the network applications,the link between the production of the enterprise and network is much closer.The link and cooperation among enterprises are becoming more frequent.The dynamic alliance and virtual enterprise are emerging. Along with the development of manufacturing based on network,there are many new requirements for the enterprise modeling methods and tools. A new distributed and collaborative enterprise modeling method within an enterprise or among enterprises located in different places is brought out.An enterprise collaborative modeling tool based on Internet/Intranet developed in the paper is discussed.
