摘  要:利用静态浸泡和动态浸泡及氯离子渗透等测试方法研究了无溶剂厚膜型防腐涂层抗水和氯离子渗透能力,探讨了涂料不同配方和实验温度的差异对涂层吸水性和湿附着力的影响。结果表明,涂料配方和实验温度对涂层的抗水渗透性有很明显的影响。研制的新型重防腐涂层无论是在静态还是在动态苛刻环境下抗水渗透性能皆为最佳,并且对氯离子具有很好的屏蔽作用。The water and chloride ion penetration resistance of solventless thick anti-corrosion coating were investigated by means of static and dynamic soak and chloride penetration test,the effect of difference in coating formulation and experimental temperature on water absorption and wet adhesion were explored.The results show that coating formulation and experimental temperature has a significant effect on water penetration resistance of coating.The new developed heavy-duty coating has the best water penetration resistance whether in static environment or dynamic thermal pulse environment.Moreover,it has a better shielding effect to chloride ion penetration.
