摘　　要：对辊轴筛筛片的磨损原因进行了分析 ,并对提高筛片的使用寿命进行了实验 ,认为用具有亚共晶典型组织的白口铸铁制造筛片 ,能提高耐磨度 ,其使用寿命为灰口铸铁筛片的 3～The paper analyzed mesh pieces of axle screen for reasons of wear and tear and made a test for improving the service life. It is believed that the mesh pieces made from white cast iron of hypoeutectic structure may improve the wear resistance. The service life was thrice or four times that of grey cast iron.
