肌瘤内消丸治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察肌瘤内消丸治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效。方法:将60例确诊为子宫肌瘤的患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组给予肌瘤内消丸治疗,对照组给予米非司酮,疗程均为3个月。3个月后对比疗效。结果:治疗组患者总有效率86.67%,对照组患者治疗总有效率63.33%,两者比较有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:肌瘤内消丸治疗子宫肌瘤临床效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe clinical theraputic effect of Zhongliu Neixao Pill on uterine fibroids. Methods： Sixty patients diagnosed with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into 2 groups： the treatment group （30 cases）and the control group （30 cases）. The treat- ment group received Zhongliuneixaowan, and the control group received mifepristone. The clinical effect was compared after 3 months clinical course. Results：The effect rate of Treatment group is 86. 67% ,and the control group is 63.33%. Conclusion：Clinical effect of Zhongliuneixaowan on Uterine fibroids is more significant than mifepristone desere the clinical expansion.
