GLP-1调控胰岛细胞增殖、凋亡的信号分子机制及中西药的研究

摘　　要：胰高血糖样肽-1(GLP-1)由胰高血糖素原基因表达,为肠黏膜的L细胞合成、分泌的一种肠促胰素,以血糖依赖性降糖作用为特点。近年研究表明GLP-1通过信号转导可诱导胰岛β细胞增殖、抑制胰岛β细胞凋亡,从而使β细胞数量增加,促进胰岛素分泌,改善β细胞功能,是目前糖尿病研究的热点。近年来,研制GLP-1类似药物已成为治疗糖尿病的新药物热点,虽然已有很多成果,但仍然存在不少问题有待解决。作者就GLP-1调控胰岛细胞增殖、凋亡的信号分子机制及中西药的研究作以下综述。GLP - 1, expressed by glucagons original gene, a promote bowel pancreatic hormone that synthesised and secreted by L cells of bowel mucosa is characterized by glucose dependence hypoglycemic effect. Recent years studies show GLP - 1 can induce islet ~cell proliferation and inhibit its apoptosis through signal transduction, thus to increase in the number of ~cells, promote insulin secretion, and improve ~cells function. It has become hot spot of the diabetes treatment drug research in recent years. And GLP - 1 similar drugs has be- come the new drugs to treat diabetic patients. Although there have been many achievements, some problems need to be resolved. So this paper will have a review about above contents .
