摘　　要：随着高性能航空发动机对长寿命热障涂层需求的增加,提高热障涂层寿命已成为研究重点。本文从粘结层成分及结构设计和陶瓷层制备技术方面介绍了长寿命热障涂层研究进展,最后展望了未来低成本、长寿命热障涂层制备技术的研究方向及研究重点。With high performance gas turbine engine increased demand for long life thermal barrier coatings, the research interest was focused on improvement thermal barrier coatings life. In this paper, the development and research statues of bond coat composition,structure design and top coat deposition technology for long life thermal barrier coatings was introduced. The research direction and focus of long life thermal barrier coatings deposited by low cost technologies was also anticipated.
