摘 要:高档柴油机油研发中,烟炱引起的磨损是要解决的关键问题之一。该研究采用炭黑作为烟炱模拟物,加入试验油获得了被烟炱污染的柴油机油,以模拟实际发动机试验过程中产生的含烟炱油。并且利用四球磨损试验机为平台,研究建立了模拟试验方法,考察了含烟炱柴油机油的抗磨损性能。结果表明:方法能够有效区分含烟炱柴油机油的抗磨损性能,对不同类型分散剂和黏度指数改进剂在含烟炱柴油机油中的抗磨损性能具有较好的区分性,试验方法有较好的重复性,可以帮助高档柴油机油的研发。Wear generated by soot in oil is a critical problem in high grade diesel engine oil research work. This soot genera- ted in the full size engine test stand was replaced by a simulator which is called carbon black in this bench test method re- search work. A related simulation test method was established based on 4 - ball wear test machine and the anti - wear per- formance of the diesel engine oil containing soot was also studied. A series of test results showed that the newly developed bench test method is a good screening tool for diesel engine oil formulation research work with regard to its anti - wear per- formance. And this test method has good discrimination to the anti -wear performance of oils blended with different kinds of dispersants and Ⅵ improvers. The satisfied repeatability is achieved also.
