穴位埋线配合益气通络方治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线配合益气通络方治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将101例患者按病程随机分成穴位埋线配合中药组(简称治疗组)35例、针刺配合中药组(简称针药组)34例、针刺组32例。治疗组于患侧面部每次取3组不同穴位行埋线治疗,半月治疗1次,并配合益气通络方口服。针药组取风池、阳白、太阳、下关等穴行针刺治疗,方药同上。针刺组治疗同针药组中针刺治疗。观察治疗后总体疗效及病程1个月以下、1个月以上患者的愈显率,随访治疗结束后1、3个月患者的未愈率。结果:穴位埋线配合中药治疗对周围性面瘫患者总体疗效及病程1个月以上患者的疗效明显优于其他两组。随访结果表明治疗组3个月后的未愈率明显低于其他两组。结论:穴位埋线配合中药可有效治疗周围性面瘫,尤其是病程1个月以上患者,并可降低远期未愈率。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Catgut implantation at acupoin with Yiqi Tongluo prescription on Peripheral facial paralysis.Methods：One hundred and one cases were randomly divided into Catgut implantation at acupoint with the Chinese medicine group（Treatment group for short n=35）,Acupuncture with the Chinese medicine group（Acupuncture and Medication group for short n=34）,Acupuncture group（n=32）.The patients＇ lateral faces in treatment group were taken three different acupoints line catgut embedding therapy,a half months treatment,and with orally.In Acupuncture and Medication group to acupunc points of fengchi,yangbai,taiyang,xiaguan and so on.The treatment of Acupuncture group was the same as Acupuncture and Medication group.Observe the overall efficacy after treatment and the patients＇ markedly effective rate of one month following the course of the disease with more than one,Follow-up treatment after the rate of 1,3 months in patients with healing.Results：Acupoint catgut implantation with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of peripheral facial paralysis patients overall efficacy and duration of onemonth or more of patients with efficacy was significantly better than the other two groups.Follow-up results showed that three months after the treatment group unhealed significantly lower than the other two groups.Conclusion：Catgut implantation at acupoint with traditional Chinese medicine can be effective treatment for peripheral facial paralysis,especially among patients above the course of one month,and can reduce the rate of long-term unhealing.
