川芎嗪临床应用存在问题及对策

摘　　要：川芎嗪药源广泛、毒副作用小、其结构简单、具有多重生物学及药效学效应,由于存在影响药效发挥的一些不利因素,因此针对出现的问题找出解决办法。Ligustrazine,wide drug sources, small toxic and side effect of small, simple structure, with multiple biologic and pharmacodynamic effect, because there are some adverse factors to influence pesticide effect, therefore in view of the problems, to find out the solution.
