摘  要:分析了永平铜矿硫精矿脱水系统的技术参数和硫精矿主要矿物组成及相对含量,通过提高硫精矿品位、提高硫浓密池给矿矿浆pH值、减少浓密池水量循环负荷和加强设备维护管理等措施,2011年与2004年相比较:陶瓷过滤机台效由22.85t/台时提高到27.99t/台时,过滤水分由11.74%降低到10.32%,浓密池溢流水清澈,硫精矿金属流失问题得到了较好解决,技术改进方法和措施对同类矿山有参考借鉴意义。analyzed on technical parameters and sulphur concentrate main mineral composition content of sulfur concentrate dewa- ter system, through increased sulfur concentrate grade and improved the charge pulpg PH value of thickener, reduced water cycle load of thickener and strengthened the equipment maintenance management and other measures; compared with the year 2011 and 2004, ce- ramic filter efficiency increased from 22.85 t/unit to 27.99t/unit, and the filtered water reduced from 11.74% to 10.32% , thickener overflow water was clean, concentrate metal loss problems were solved well, improvement Technical methods and measures had refer- ence value to similar mines.
