先天性胆道闭锁并发结节性黄瘤病

摘　　要：报告1例先天性胆道闭锁并发结节性黄瘤病。患儿男,1岁。皮肤黄染1年,手足黄色结节1个月。皮肤科检查:双手指伸面及双足踝可见米粒至黄豆大黄色结节。B超和磁共振成像检查胆胰管提示肝外胆道闭锁。皮损组织病理示:真皮内有大量泡沫细胞和组织细胞。血清三酰甘油3.47 mmol/L,总胆固醇18.99 mmol/L。诊断:先天性胆道闭锁并发结节性黄瘤病。A case of congenital atresia associated with xanthoma tuberosum is reported.A 1-year-old boy presented yellow skin and yellow nodules on the hands and feet for one month. Color duplex uhrasonography and MRCP showed extrahepatic biliary atresia. The biopsy specimens of yellow nodules showed large aggregates of foam cells and histioeytes in the dermis. The laboratory findings showed increased serum triglyceride and cholesterol.
