医用臭氧联合局部用药对霉菌性阴道炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察医用臭氧联合局部用药对霉菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法:收集2008年1月～2011年12月就诊的霉菌性阴道炎患者300例,随机分为三组,每组100例。A组单纯局部用药治疗,B组采用臭氧治疗,C组采用臭氧联合局部用药治疗。观察各组的治疗效果、症状体征缓解时间、病菌转阴率及复发率。结果:三组治疗总有效率无显著差异,B组和C组的治愈率、症状、体征缓解时间及病菌转阴率、复发率均显著优于A组;C组痊愈率、复发率均显著优于B组;C组的症状、体征缓解时间、病菌转阴率与B组比较无显著差异。结论:臭氧治疗霉菌性阴道炎安全有效,联合局部用药更可明显降低复发率。Objective： To observe the curative effect of ozone combined with local application of drugs on mycotic vaginitis. Methods： A total of 300 patients with mycotic vaginitis who were treated in the hospital from January 2008 to December 2011 were collected and randomly divided into three groups, 100 patients in each group. The patients in group A were treated with simple local application of drugs, the patients in group B were treated with ozone, and the patients in group C were treated with ozone combined with local application of drugs. The curative effects, remission times of symptoms and signs, negative conversion rates of mold, and recurrence rates in the three groups were observed. Results： There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate among the three groups, the curative rates, remission times of symptoms and signs, negative conversion rates of mold, and recurrence rates in group B and group C were statistically significantly higher than those in group A; the curative rate and recurrence rate in group C were statistically significantly higher than those in group B; there was no statistically significant difference in remission time of symptoms and signs, negative conversion rate of mold between group C and group B. Conclusion： Ozone is safe and effective for treatment of mycotic vaginitis, ozone combined with local application of drugs can reduce the recurrence rate obviously.
