山东半岛城市群城市土地集约利用评价

摘　　要：城市土地集约利用是城市发展的必然要求。结合山东半岛城市群所处的发展阶段和自身特点,从土地投入程度、土地经济产出、土地利用合理程度和土地集约利用发展趋势4个方面建立了城市土地集约利用评价指标体系。运用改进的层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,采用综合评价法对山东半岛城市群城市土地集约利用进行了评价。根据计算出的城市土地集约利用综合评价值和集约利用分级标准,将山东半岛城市群8个城市分为三类,即集约利用、勉强集约利用和相对粗放利用,评价结果较合理。该评价结果可为山东半岛城市群的城市土地集约利用提供某些科学依据。Urban land intensive utilization is one of the necessary demands for development of cities.According to development and its own characteristics of Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration,index system of urban land intensive use is constructed from land use investment degree,land economic output,land use reasonable degree and land intensive use development trend.Improved analytic hierarchy process method was calculated each index weight,and comprehensive assessment model was utilized to assess urban land intensity use in Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration.According to the value of urban land intensity use assessment and grade standard of urban land intensity use,8 cities of Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration was divided into three categories,intensive use,moderate use and extensive use.The result of assessment is reasonable,so as to provide credible background for promoting development of urban land intensity use in Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration.
