摘　　要：本文以哈尔滨市为研究对象,根据系统科学理论与方法方法分析了土地利用变化与社会经济发展之间的协调发展水平及耦合度动态演化趋势。结果表明:1998～2008年间,哈尔滨市的土地利用变化与社会经济协调发展水平处于不断上升状态,协调等级从社会经济发展滞后型严重失调发展到土地利用变化滞后型良好协调,跨越了五个等级;土地利用变化与社会经济发展之间的耦合作用在不断增大,二者已处于不甚协调状态,已严重威胁到了哈尔滨市的可持续发展。The thesis regards Harbin as the research object,analyzed the coordinated development level and the dynamic coupling trend between land use change and socio-economic development according to the theory and method of general system science.The results indicated that the coordinated development level between land use change and socio-economic development remained relatively stable upward trend from 1998 to 2008 in Harbin,and the coordination level from socio-economic development lags behind a serious imbalance between type to the change of land use type lag good coordination,crossed five levels;the coupling action between land use and socio-economic development is increasing and in a highly uncoordinated state,made a serious threat to the sustainable development of Harbin.
