基于“线索重构”的工业遗产改造模式探索

摘　　要：地区性工业遗产是特定时代产业文脉的表达,同时也是特定技术线索和工艺流程的文化展示。对工业遗产的保护与再开发,既包括对原有工业文明、工业精神等场所虚质的传承,同时也包含实质空间遗存的利用。以"线索"为楔入点,结合杭州炼油厂改造地块进行探索,一方面从虚质角度出发,探讨文脉、行为、反馈线索对空间的营造意义;另一方面从实质角度,探讨载体、模块的实体再利用保护方针。并总结相关社会指导策略,为今后工业遗产保护提供具体借鉴。Regional industrial heritage is the expression of industry context in a particular era as well as the culture display of specific technology clues and process.The preservation and redevelopment of industrial heritages include not only the inheriting of place＇s virtual nature such as the original industrial civilization and industrial spirits,but also the utilization of concrete architectural heritages.Taking ＂clue＂ as the entry point,this paper,by investigating the reconstruction of Hangzhou Oil Refinery Block,on one hand,from the perspective of virtual nature,discusses the significance of context,conduct and feedback clues to the construction of space;on the other hand,from a concrete point of view,explores the entity re-use preservation policies of carrier and module.What＇s more,by summarizing relative social instruction strategies,the paper can provide some specific reference for industrial heritage preservation in the future.
