摘 要:建筑物纠偏加固是技术难度高、风险大的非常规工作,纠偏加固没有形成独立的理论体系,为了探索建筑物纠偏加固机理和施工方法,针对某小学综合楼设计施工概况及倾斜损坏情况,给出房屋所在地的工程地质简况,分析建筑物倾斜的原因,介绍掏土纠偏、房屋基础下淤泥质粉质黏土层注浆加固施工及监测过程,提出了纠偏加固过程中突发工程事故的处置办法。经掏土纠偏和注浆加固,房屋的倾斜率由17‰纠正为4‰,沉降不再有新发展。Rectification and reinforcement of buildings are an unordinary task with demanding technique and high risk,and no independent theoretical systems have been constituted.To explore the mechanism and construction methods of rectification and reinforcement of buildings,it was outlined the design and construction of a multifunctional building of an elementary school as well as its inclination and damage.Engineering geological condition underneath the building was investigated,and the cause resulting in inclination was analyzed.The process of rectification through excavation as well as constructing and monitoring of reinforcement of silt clay under the foundation through grouting was demonstrated.Disposal of accident during the course of rectification and reinforcement was put forward.By rectification through excavation an reinforcement through grouting,the inclination rate of the building was corrected from 17‰ to 4‰,and sediment didn't propagate any longer.
