摘　　要：某建筑为框架结构,地下1层、地上3层,建筑总高度为15.90 m,总建筑面积为7 800 m2,该建筑地下室部分修建完成后,由于连续强降雨,导致该建筑地下室整体出现上浮,部分混凝土构件出现不同程度的损坏。A building was framed structure consisting of one undergound floor and three surface floors, whose total height was 15.90 m, and total floor area being 7 800 m2. An overall rising of its basement was produced and different degrees of damages occurred on partial concrete members due to continuous heavy rain after the completion of the basement.
