摘　　要：桂西北少数民族聚居村寨是广西的火灾重灾区,重大火灾多年频发而难以防治,而吊脚楼的防火构造措施缺失是其主因之一。介绍吊脚楼的火灾特点和其他木建筑的防火构造技术措施,分析对吊脚楼设置常规防火构造的主要制约因素,对吊脚楼的防火改造提出地域适宜性的防火对策。National ethnic minority villages in the Northwest Guangxi hardest hit by the fire,there are often a major fire and it is difficult to control.Lacking fire prevention of the suspended wooden building is one of the main reasons,this article describes the fire characteristics of the suspended wooden building,and other wood construction technology building fire measures,analysis the major restraining factors of setting routine fire prevention construction with the suspended wooden building,and proposed some fire prevention strategies of the fire reconstruction which adapt to the local suspended wooden building.
