摘  要:目的探讨在战场一线或灾难现场微型移动导管手术室内开展肝血管损伤院前急救的可行性。方法开展不同类型肝血管损伤介入救治手术动物实验,汇总相关数据,观察手术时间、手术效果、影像清晰度及设备可操控性,探讨其救治能力;参加卫勤演练及远程机动,检验方舱系统环境适应性及机动性。结果共对9只实验动物分别应用吸收性明胶海绵、电解可脱性弹簧圈、海藻酸钠微球实施介入诊治手术,DSA成像性能良好;实施远程机动4次约2400km,发动机动力保持正常,末发生机械故障。舱体展开正常,舱内设备无毁损,同定设备无松动,工作状态良好。结论微型移动导管手术室具有良好的机动性和较强的自然环境适膨能力,野战条件下恰当的选择栓塞材料治疗肝血管损伤能够取得良好的止血效果。Objective To discuss the Feasibility of emergent treating hepatic artery injury in the miniature mobile catheterization laboratory. Methods Different types of hepatic artery injury are treated in the miniature mobile catheterization laboratory, summarize relevant data, observe the operation time, image effect as well as responses of experimental animals and investigate the scopes of the treatment; participate in the medical service drilling as well as long- distance maneuvering and test the environment suitability and motility. Results Nine cases of intervention treatment surgeries have been made and the imaging is good; after long - distance motion around 2400 km, the engine power maintains normal and no mechanical failure. Participate in the medical service drilling once and the shelter unfolds regularly with neither damaged equipments in the shelter nor loose fixed installation. Conclusion The miniature mobile catheterization laboratory is provided with good motility and quite strong adaptability to the natural environment. It is feasible to treat the hepatic artery injury in the mobile laboratory.
