摘 要:将A2O工艺与采用PVDF柱式中空纤维膜组件的MBR相结合,构建了处理量为2 000 m3/d的A2O-MBR组合工艺,采用其处理低碳氮比值校园生活污水,考察了对有机物、氮和磷的去除效果。该工艺对COD、NH4+-N、TN的平均去除率分别为90%、98%、45%左右,出水COD、NH4+-N、TN平均值分别为18、0.2、16 mg/L;出水TP均值在1.5 mg/L左右,经化学除磷后能达到1 mg/L以下。出水水质优于《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2002)中冲厕及绿化用水水质的要求并全部用于校园回用,表明A2O-MBR组合工艺在污水处理及回用领域具有很好的应用前景。By combining A2O process with the membrane bioreactor (MBR) with PVDF hollow fiber membrane modules, a combined process with treatment capacity of 2 000 m^3/d was developed and used to treat campus domestic sewage with low C/N ratio. The removal efficiencies of organic substance and nutrients were investigated. The average removal rates of COD, NH4^+ - N and TN were 90% , 98% and 45% respectively. The average effluent concentrations of COD, NH4^+N, TN and TP were about 18, 0.2, 16 and 1.5 mg/L. The effluent concentration of TP dropped below 1 mg/L after adopting a chemical phosphorus removal method. The effluent quality met the requirements for toilet flushing and greening in Reuse of Urban Recycling Water--Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption (GB/T 18920 -2002), and all the effluent was reused for non-potable purposes, indicating that A2O/MBR combined process was an effective technology for wastewater treatment and reuse.
