摘  要:以广州南部供水工程的长距离输水管道为研究对象,通过检测沿程异养菌和氨氧化细菌的存在水平及水质参数变化,评估输水管道内生物降解作用及硝化作用状况,分析水质可能受到的影响,为输水管道生物作用的调控及净水效能优化提供参考。结果表明,在输水管道沿程异养菌及氨氧化细菌均被检出,浓度分别为(1.7×104)~(1.3×105)CFU/mL及160~300 MPN/mL;输水管道内存在明显的生物净化作用,沿程氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、pH值、CODMn和TOC浓度总体呈下降趋势,而硝酸盐氮浓度呈上升趋势;沿程的溶解氧含量不断减少,但由于水源水质较好,管道末端的溶解氧含量仍能保持较高水平。In order to assess the biodegradation and nitrification in water delivery pipeline, analyze the water quality and provide reference for controlling pipeline biological function and optimizing water purification efficiency, the amount of heterotrophic bacteria and ammonia oxidizing bacteria and variation of raw water quality were studied in a long distance water supply project in Guangzhou. The results showed that heterotrophic bacteria and ammonia oxidizing bacteria were detected, and the concentrations were 1.7 x 104 to 1.3 x 105 CFU/mL and 160 to 300 MPN/mL respectively. The biological purification effect was evident from the decline in ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, pH, CODM. and TOC, as well as an increase in nitrate nitrogen along the pipeline. Dissolved oxygen decreased constantly, however, a high level of dissolved oxygen content was maintained in the pipeline end because of good water quality.
