摘 要:考察了超滤膜冲洗废水回用对混凝/沉淀/超滤组合工艺处理低温低浊水的影响。结果表明,膜冲洗废水回用对组合工艺的处理效果有明显的强化作用,同时可延缓膜污染。当回用比例为8%时,组合工艺出水浊度和消毒副产物前质与不回用时基本相当,而出水TOC和残余铝浓度则分别可降低0.34和0.023 mg/L;单位过滤周期内跨膜压差平均增幅为不回用时的56.78%,同时水力清洗效率可提高到84.18%;另外,膜冲洗废水回用可使超滤工艺产水率从89.73%提高到97.30%。The effect of recycling uhrafiltration (UF) membrane washing water on the combined process of coagulation and UF in the treatment of low temperature and low turbidity water was investigated. The results showed that reuse of membrane washing water could efficiently enhance the combined process and retard membrane fouling. When the reflux ratio was 8% , there was no significant influence on the turbidity and disinfection by-product (DBP) preeursors in the membrane effluent, hut TOC and residual aluminum decreased by 0.34 mg/L and 0. 023 mg/L respectively. The average increase of TMP was 56.78% of that without washing water recycle. The efficiency of hydraulic cleaning reached up to 84.18% in a filtration cycle. The water yield of UF process was improved from 89.73% to 97.30%.
