摘 要:新疆油田边缘井区油水的集输拉运成本高、管理不便。在对典型边缘井区——滴12井区环境条件实地调查的基础上,系统分析了边缘井区的采出水特点,提出了"就地处理、就近回注"的处理思路,研究适合边缘井区的采出水处理工艺。工程最终采用重力除油—旋流反应—混凝沉降处理工艺,处理出水的含油量检测结果为微量,悬浮物浓度≤8.1 mg/L,达到注水水质要求,且该工艺近期可为彩南油田带来64万元/a的经济效益。Coupled with difficult management, the collection and transportation of grease in the re- mote wells of Xinjiang Oilfield is costly. The characteristics of produced water were ascertained by surveying the environmental conditions in Di 12 well area. An idea named "regional treatment using the nearest recharge" was proposed, and a suitable process combining gravity oil removal, vortex reaction and coagulation precipitation was put forward. The effluent quality achieved the requirement for recharge wa- ter, with a negligible oil content and SS of less than 8.1 mg/L. The process could bring an economic benefit of 640 000 yuan/a for the Cainan Oilfield.
