摘　　要：多表位疫苗是指同时携带多个与目标抗原相关的表位以及辅助性表位的疫苗。因其在细胞免疫方面的独特优势,已成为肿瘤疫苗研究领域的热点之一。随着分子生物学及免疫学等学科的飞速发展,使得多表位疫苗的临床应用也有了很大的进展。本文主要对多表位疫苗的选择、设计及临床应用等方面作一综述。Multi-epitope vaccine, which carries several adjuvant epitopes and more than one epitope related to targeted antigens, has become one of the hotspots in the field of cancer vaccine development because of its unique advantages in cellular immunity. With the rapid development of molecular biology and immunology, the clinical application of muhi-epitope vaccine has made great progress. In this paper, the choice, design and clinical application of multi-epitope vaccine were reviewed.
