摘　　要：阐述了项目教学法在工业微生物实验课程教学应用情况,结果表明:学生通过完成"项目任务",掌握了相关的理论和技能,既突出了培养学生应用能力,又激发了学生学习兴趣,使课程教学在师生共同研究、讨论和完成任务的过程中实现教学目标。The application of project teaching method in industrial microbial experiment teaching course was elaborated.The results showed that： students master relevant theories and skills through the completion of project task which highlights the cultivation of students＇ practical ability and inspiration of their learning interests to realize the teaching purpose in the process of common study,discussion,and task completion by teachers and students.
