血清N-末端脑钠肽前体及超敏C反应蛋白水平在老年急性冠脉综合征患者中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平在老年急性冠脉综合征(ACS)中的临床意义。方法以ACS患者68例和稳定型心绞痛患者(SAP)36例为研究对象,ACS患者被分为不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组35例和急性心肌梗死(AMI)组33例,测定3组血清NT-proBNP、hs-CRP、肌钙蛋白I(TnI)水平。结果 AMl组患者血清NT-proBNP、hs-CRP、TnI水平均显著高于UAP组和SAP组(P<0.05),UAP组患者血清NT-pro BNP、hs-CRP、TnI水平均显著高于SAP组(P<0.05)。AMl组NT-proBNP水平与hs-CRP呈正相关(r=0.813,P<0.05),与TnI呈正相关(r=0.517,P<0.05)。结论血清NT-proBNP、hs-CRP可以作为检测老年ACS心肌缺血损伤程度一个无创伤性量化指标,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP） concentration and high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） levels′clinical significance in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）.Methods 68 ACS patients and 36 patients with stable angina pectoris（SAP）as the research object.The ACS patients were divided into two groups.One was made up of 35 patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.The other consisted of 33 patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）.The two groups′serum NT-proBNP,hs-CRP,and cardiac troponin I（TnI） level were measured respectively.Results AMl group′s NT-proBNP,hs-CRP and TnIlevel are significantly higher than that of UAP and SAP group（P〈0.05）;UAP group′s NT-pro BNP,hs-CRP and TnI level are significantly higher than that of SAP group（P〈0.05）.AMl group NT-proBNP levels were positively correlated with hs-CRP（r=0.813,P〈0.05）,positive correlation with TnI（r=0.517,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum NT-proBNP,hs-CRP can be used as detection of senile acute coronary syndrome myocardial ischemia a noninvasive quantitative indicators,it is worthy of clinical application.
