696例高血压患者降压药物治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解原发性高血压(EH)患者的药物疗效,以便进一步提高高血压的控制率。方法:选择2009年12月至2011年12月连续2年来我院体检的4300人为对象,通过每年1次的健康体检和门诊治疗进行观察,并对696例高血压患者的降压药疗效进行统计分析。结果:4300例体检者中,确定为原发性高血压的患者810例(患病率18.8%),其中696例(治疗率85.9%)患者使用口服降压药物治疗,单药治疗318例(45.7%,),联合用药治疗378例(54.3%);高血压控制率90.8%(632/696),其中单药控制率86.8%(276/318),两药联用控制率94.7%(230/243),三药联用控制率94.8%(55/58),四药联用或固定复方制剂控制率92.2%(71/77),联合用药组血压控制率显著高于单药治疗组(P<0.05或<0.01)。联合治疗中以钙拮抗剂使用率(57.9%)最高,其次为血管紧张素Ⅱ受体抑制剂使用率(42.2%)。结论:对于高血压患者联合用药血压控制率显著高于单药治疗。Objective： To study therapeutic effects of antihypertensive drugs in patients with essential hypertension （EH）, in order to increase control rate of EH. Methods： A total of 4300 subjects undergoing physical examination in our hospital from Dec 2009 to Dec 2011 were enrolled. Their healthy examination once a year and outpatient treat- ment condition were observed, and therapeutic effects of antihypertensive drugs of 696 EH patients were analyzed. Results： Among 4300 subjects, 810 cases （18.8%） were determined as EH and there were 696 patients （85.9%） receiving oral antihypertensive drug treatment, in which 318 patients （45.7%） received single drug therapy, 378 pa- tients （54.3%） received combined drug therapy; and EH control rate was 90.8% （632/696）, in which control rate of single drug therapy was 86.8% （276/318）, and it＇s 94.7% （230/243）, 94. 8% （55/58） and 92, 2% （71/77） for two-drug, three-drug and four-drug combined therapy respectively. EH control rates of combined drug therapy groups were significantly higher than that of single drug therapy group （P〈0.05 or 〈0.01）. Utilization of calcium channel blocker （57.9%） was the highest and next was angiotensin II receptor blocker （42.2%） among all com- bined therapy. Conclusion： Hypertension control rate of combined drug therapy is significantly higher than that of single drug therapy.
