摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服外敷治疗流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取65例确诊为流行性腮腺炎患儿内服清热解毒汤,同时在肿痛腮腺区域外敷中药,每日1次,治疗5d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效,观察患儿治疗后全身退热时间、腮腺肿痛情况及有无不良反应。结果:所有患者全身退热时间2～5d,腮腺肿痛消退时间4～8d。治疗1个疗程后统计,治愈56例,好转9例,总有效率100%。结论:清热解毒中药内服外敷治疗流行性腮腺炎有良好的临床效果。Objective： To evalute the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine therapy on epidemic parotitis.Methods： 65 patients with epidemic parotitis were given Chinese herbal medicine to eat and external use for five days.After 5 days of therapy,the curative effectiveness were evaluated according to clinical symptoms and the adverse reactions.Results： For all patients,the time of defervescence was 2-5 days and the time of detumescence was 4-8 days.After 5 days of therapy,56 patients were cured and 9 patients were improved.Conclusion： Chinese herbal medicine by eating and external using has significant clinical effect on epidemic parotitis.
