流感疫苗接种人群抗体水平监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解人群甲型H1N1流感（pH1N1）疫苗接种后抗体水平变化规律、持续时间以及疫苗接种的免疫效应。方法应用微量血凝抑制试验（Ⅲ）方法对人群免疫前及免疫后1、2、3、7、14个月进行血清抗体检测。结果免疫前各组人群的pH1N1流感抗体水平较低，1个月后抗体滴度明显上升，并随着时间的延长逐渐下降。VTa组接种季节性流感疫苗后pH1N1抗体滴度上升不明显，而再接种pH1N1流感疫苗后pmm抗体滴度升至1：93，显著低于同期VH组的抗体水平（1：2．45）。Vl相接种pH1N1疫苗后pH1N1抗体滴度为1：272，而再进行接种季节性流感疫苗后pH1N1抗体滴度降至1：196，低于VH组（1：259），差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论pH1N1流感疫苗免疫人群的抗体水平随着时间的延长逐渐下降，抗体减弱或消失时提示应重新进行疫苗接种；提前接种季节性流感疫苗可使pH1N1流感抗体水平下降。Objectives To find out the antibody levels of healthy people before and after vaccination with pan- demic influenza A H1N1 （pH1N1） vaccines, and to observe the protective effect of pH1N1 vaccines. Methods The serological surveillance was carried out on the antibody levels of pH1N1 by the hemagglutination inhibition （HI） test before and month 1, 2, 3, 4,7and 14 after vaccinations. Results The antibody against pH1N1 were low in 3 groups before the immunization. The antibody titer increased in all the subjects after 1 month. Moreover, the decreasing trends in 3 groups persisted until the last observation. In the VTH group, when 1 month after pH1N1 vaccination, the antibody level against pH1N1 increased to 1：93, which were lower than the level of VT group （1：245） at the same time point. In the VHT group, the antibody titer against pH1NI was 1 ： 272 after pH1N1 vaccination, and 1 ： 196 after the reinoculation, which were lower than VT group （ 1 ： 259）. There was no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The antibody level decreases as the time prolonged. When the antibody decreases or disappeared, it suggested to vaccinate again. It can decrease the pH1N1 antibody level to pre-inoculate the influeaza vaccine.
