摘　　要：科技创新与文化之间是相互促进共同发展的关系,文化与科技创新的融合是一条新的发展道路,文化是发展的"内容",科技是发展的"形式"。总结了国内外对文化和科技创新关系研究的主要成果,分析了文化和科技创新的相互作用,通过建立模型分析文化和科技创新的影响情况。最后从制定和鼓励文化与科技融合的政策措施、深化教育体制改革等5个方面分析了具体的体制融合方法,为我国文化与科技创新融合提供了一个新的参考思路。Technology Innovation and culture are mutually promote the common development of the relationship between technological innovation culture in recent years has become a hot topic in the academia.The integration of cultural and technological innovation is a new path of development,cultural development,science and technology is the development of the form.This paper first summarizes the main achievements at home and abroad the relationship between culture and technological innovation,and then analyzed the interaction of cultural and technological innovation,and re-establish the impact of the model analysis of cultural and technological innovation.Finally,from the formulation and implementation of policies and measures to encouraging cultural and technological integration,it depends on education reform specific measures of integration.Integration of China＇s cultural and technological innovation provides a new advice.
