摘　　要：研究科技突破对金融的依赖效应,并建立模型研究金融对科技突破的作用,以及科技突破的金融依赖机制作,进一步研究融资方式、竞争机制以及利益机制。在我国30个省、自治区和直辖市的面板数据基础上,对影响科技突破的因素作量化分析,从中分析了金融发展如何促进技术创新,提出市场经济条件下,有效的科技突破和金融结合机制模式。Study of technological breakthroughs on financial dependence,and establish the model of financial technology breakthrough role,as well as the breakthrough of technology financial dependence of machine production,further research on financing,competition mechanism and interest mechanism.In China＇s 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government based on the panel data of science and technology,breakthrough elements quantify an analysis,from the analysis of the financial development to promote technical innovation.Proposed under the condition of market economy,the effective breakthrough technology and financial union mode.
