摘　　要：公众的直接参与是增强民族自治地方立法合法性基础的重要保障。考察民族自治地方立法过程中的公众参与实践,探索完善民族自治地方立法公众参与制度的可行路径,为进一步推进民族自治地方立法的民主化进程和解决民族区域自治法治建设的相关问题提供一些有益的参考。Direct public participation is to enhance an important guarantee of the legitimacy basis of Autonomy Legislation.Inspection of public participation in national autonomous areas in the legislative process,to explore a viable path to perfect the system of autonomous local legislative public participation,to further promote the Autonomy Legislation of the process of democratization and the rule of law of regional national autonomy to provide some useful reference.
