民生建设促西藏人权事业发展

摘　　要：十七大以来,党和国家重视西藏以改善民生为重点的社会建设,使西藏各族人民在教育、就业、医疗、养老、住房等方方面面得到明显改善,基本民生需求得到了保障,党的执政之基得到了增强,社会和谐得以实现,西藏各族人民享受到了更多更好的人权,是对达赖分裂集团、个别国际组织、学术机构和学者诬蔑我党和政府的有力回击。Since the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party and state have attached great importance to the social construction of Tibet with a focus on improving people＇s livelihood in order to achieve significant improvement in education,employment,medical,pension,housing,and so on for the people of all ethnic groups in Tibet.The improvement of people＇s livelihood has consolidated the cornerstone for the governance of the Party and achieved social harmony.Consequently,the people of all ethnic groups in Tibet have been ale to enjoy human rights more and better.It countercharged the Dalai Cliqu,some international organizations,academic institutions and scholars with slander of the Communist Party and the government of China violating human rights through operating housing project in nomadic area in Tibet.
