北京高校图书馆学科馆员制度实施现状调研与分析

摘　　要：通过对北京"211工程"高校图书馆网站的调查,辅以文献调研、学科馆员访谈等方式,从学科馆员的入职条件、服务对象、服务模式、管理方式等方面对学科馆员制度的实施现状进行总结分析,并针对其中存在的问题,提出深化学科服务层次,提供个性化学科信息服务,建立学科馆员选拔和培训制度,建立和健全科学、规范的管理模式和管理机制,建设集成化的网上服务平台等完善学科馆员制度的相应措施。After investigation of subject librarian in Project 211 academic libraries of Beijing by web,documents and interview,this paper analyzes the current implementation of subject librarian from entry requirements,service objects, service models,management,etc.It also points out that we should deepen subject service levels,provide personalized information services,establish subject librarian system of selection and training,establish and perfect scientific and standardized management model and management mechanisms,build integrated web services platform in order to improve the subject librarian system.
