摘　　要：对辽宁省三所民办高校教师进行了满意度调查,通过调查数据进行教师总体满意度与二维指标的相关性分析、各题项服务品质分析、优先行动矩阵分析,针对出现的相关问题,学校应从教师待遇、教师进修机会、双师型教师比例、年轻教师的培养等方面提高教师满意度。We have done a survey ot teacners satisfaction in three private universities of Liaoning Province Through the correlation analysis of teachers＇satisfaction and importance,the analysis of service quality of each question,matrix for priority action,private universities should improve the treatment of teachers ,increase the training opportunities, enlarge the proportion of double capability teachers, promote the training of young teachers to improve teachers＇ satisfaction.
