后危机时代提升我国自主创新能力的多元化协同战略研究

摘　　要：在后金融危机时代的国际经济结构大调整与再平衡的背景下,我国自主创新战略的重要性日益突现。本文在深入分析我国自主创新所面临的国际国内环境中的制约因素和机遇的基础上,探讨提升我国自主创新能力的多元化协同战略,认为应在完善自主创新的制度环境建设、推进多元化多层次自主创新网络体系建设、构建产学研多元化协同创新机制以及构建多元化的创新人才培养激励机制等方面,不断增强国家核心竞争力,实现创新型国家建设目标。Under the background of the adjustment and the rebalance of the international economic structure in the era of post financial crisis, the importance of our independent innovation strategies is revealed. Based on the analysis of constraints and opportu- nities in international and domestic environments, this paper discussed the diversified collaborative strategies of promoting our capabilities of independent innovations, and believed that the national core competitive power should be strengthened in the improvement of innovative rules, the promotion of innovative network systems, and the construction of diversified collaborative mechanisms and training and incentive systems in respect of human resources as to construct an innovative country.
