摘 要:为了研究陶瓷电主轴的损耗性能,分析载荷对陶瓷电主轴损耗的影响,采用有限元分析与实验研究相结合的方法,采用时步有限元仿真模型,分析不同载荷下陶瓷电主轴的铁心损耗、导条损耗和绞线铜耗,并通过实验加以验证。实验及仿真综合结果表明:陶瓷电主轴的铁心损耗、导条损耗、绞线铜耗均受到了载荷的影响,且随着载荷的增加,铁心损耗、导条损耗呈现出波动状态,绞线铜耗则随着载荷的增加而增加。且陶瓷电主轴的铁心损耗和铜耗在空载时最小,满载时最大。陶瓷电主轴的铜耗受载荷影响最大。将金属电主轴与陶瓷电主轴的铁心损耗+导条损耗进行对比发现,载荷对陶瓷电主轴影响较小。该结果为陶瓷电主轴的设计提供了一定的依据。In order to study the performance of ceramic electric spindle loss, analyzing the influence of load on ceramic electric spindle loss, the method of finite element analysis combine with experimental study was adopted. The author built a simulation model based on time-step finite element method. The change law of core loss, solid loss and stranded loss with different loads were achieved. Calculation was made with the synthesis of simulation data and measured data. The core loss, solid loss and stranded loss are all affected by the loads. Along with the increasing of load, the core loss and solid loss gradually rise and fall, in the contrast, the stranded loss continually increase. Additionally, the author reached that core loss and copper loss were the lest with no load and most with full load. The greatest impact is the copper loss. Comparison of core loss + solid loss in metal and ceramic electric spindle shows that the less affected from load is ceramic electric spindle. The study provided certain basis for the design of ceramic electric spindle.
