摘  要:以摩托车强度、刚度、轻量化为约束条件,以响应面法为基础建立多学科多目标优化方案。运用Hypermesh建立有限元模型,通过Radioss进行计算,并以Hyperstudy为优化平台。采用正交实验设计对优化变量进行灵敏度分析,运用拉丁方实验设计获取采样数据点,利用移动最小二乘法构建响应面模型,结合多学科、多目标优化设计方法进行结构优化,实现提高车架结构特性和摩托车动态特性的目标。In this paper,regarding the strength,stiffness and lightweight of motorcycle as constraint conditions,the multidisciplinary and multi-objective design optimization was built based on response surface method.Hypermesh is applied to construct the finite element model,calculation was processed by Radioss and Hyperstudy was taken as the optimization platform.A sensitivity analysis of the optimization variables was given by the orthogonal experimental design.In order to improve the structural characteristics of frame and the dynamic characteristics of motorcycle.By applying the Latin square experiment design to gain sampling data points,using the moving least squares method to build response surface model and combining the multidisciplinary with Multi-objective design optimization to carry out structural optimization,realizing the target of improving frame features and motorcycle dynamic characteristics.
