解毒化瘀方含药血清对白血病K562/A02耐药细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨解毒化瘀药含药血清对白血病K562/A02耐药细胞凋亡的影响。方法:应用MTT法检测解毒化瘀药含药血清对K562/A02耐药细胞的生长抑制率,流式细胞仪检测解毒化瘀药含药血清处理后的各组K562/A02细胞凋亡的情况。结果:MTT细胞毒结果显示解毒化瘀药血清能够抑制K562/A02的生长,其抑制率随药物浓度增加而增加,流式细胞检测结果显示解毒化瘀药能促进白血病耐药细胞K562/A02凋亡率,并呈浓度相关性。结论:解毒化瘀药含药血清能够促进K562/A02细胞凋亡。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Jiedu Huayu herbs containing serum on apoptosis of leukemia K562/A02 resistance ceils. METHODS MTT method was applied for the detection of the effect of Jiedu Huayu herbs containing serum on the cell growth inhibitory rate of K562/A02 multi-drug resistance cells, flow cytometry was used for measurement of Jiedu Huayu hehs containing serum treated group K562/A02 ceils＇ apoptosis. RESULTS MTT cytotoxic test showed Jiedu Huayu herbs containing serum could inhibit K562/A02 cell growth, the inhibitory rate increased with the drug concentration increased, flow cytometric detection showed Jiedu Huayu herbs containing serum could promote leukemia cell line K562/A02 apoptosis rate, and presented a concentration dependent manner. CONCLUSION Jiedu Huayu herbs containing serum could promote K562/ A02 cell apoptosis.
