摘 要:为研究铁路钢拱桥钢板吊杆的设计及计算方法,先给出该类吊杆的设计特点、构造细节(包括钢板吊杆和拱肋、主梁连接的典型构造)和其潜在开裂位置及对应的疲劳强度,再给出德国推荐的风荷载引起的横向涡激振动荷载的计算方法及驰振引起的不同高宽比矩形截面吊杆的弯曲或扭转振动评估方法,最后将列车活载产生的疲劳应力幅和横向风荷载产生的疲劳应力幅叠加,进行钢板吊杆的疲劳评估。采用推荐的方法对欧洲某主跨96m的双线铁路钢拱桥跨中钢板吊杆进行疲劳评估,评估结果表明该桥吊杆的疲劳应力幅及驰振引起的扭转振动均满足要求。To study the design and calculation methods for the steel plate hangers of railway steel arch bridge, the design characteristics, structural details (including the typical connections of a hanger with the steel arch rib and main girder), potential cracking locations and the associated fatigue strength of the hangers of the same type are firstly given, then the calculation method for the transverse vortex-excited vibration induced by wind load and the assessment method for the bending or torsional vibration of the rectangular section steel plate hangers of different height-to-width ratios induced by galloping as recommended by Germany are given and finally, the fatigue stress amplitude induced by train load and the fatigue stress amplitude induced by transverse wind load are superimposed and the fatigue of the hangers is assessed. The recommended methods are used to assess the fatigue of the midspan steel plate hanger of an European double-track railway steel arch bridge with a main span 96 m and the results of the assessment reveal that the fatigue stress amplitude and the torsional vibration induced by galloping of the hanger of the bridge can all accord with the requirements.
