摘 要:南淝河特大铁路桥为钢桁梁柔性拱结构,采用了钢桁梁带拱顶推施工,对带拱顶推的施工设备、主要施工工况及施工关键技术进行分析。为实现钢桁梁带拱顶推,施工时主要布置了拼装支架、辅助墩、导梁等辅助钢结构系统,并采用多点同步顶推和机电液一体化原理施工。钢桁梁带拱顶推施工主要包括4个工况:钢桁梁多点顶推至最大悬臂,柔性拱体系未形成、钢桁梁带拱顶推,柔性拱拱脚合龙,钢桁梁带拱顶推就位。利用MIDAS Civil软件建模分析,根据分析结果采取措施实现了带拱顶推、导梁上墩、无应力合龙等关键施工技术;同时采取施工监控技术,确保成桥后桥梁的内力、应力及线形与设计相符。The South Feihe River Railway Bridge is a long span structure with continuous steel truss girder and flexible arch constructed by the incremental launching of the truss girder with the arch. For the launching of the girder with the arch, the construction equipment, principal construction load cases and the related key construction techniques were analyzed. To realize the smooth launching, the auxiliary steel structural systems of the assembling scaffoldings, auxiliary piers and launching nose were arranged in the construction and the launching was carried out, using the multi-point concurrent launching and the integrated machinery, electrical power and hydraulic principle. The launching of the girder with the arch mainly included four load cases of the multi-point launching of the girder to its longest cantilever; the launching of the girder with the arch before formation of the complete flexible arch system; the closure of the flexible arch spring and the final launching of the girder with the arch in place. The software MIDAS Civil was used to establish the model and to conduct the analysis of the launching and according to the results of the analysis, the necessary measures were taken to realize the key construction techniques for the launching, reaching of the launching nose to the front piers and unstressed closure of the arch spring. At the same time, the construction monitoring and control techniques were applied to ensure that the internal forces, stress and geometric shapes of the completed bridge could be accordant with those of the design.
