摘  要:摩托车制动器的品质影响着机动车的安全性能,建立一套制动器的智能检测系统是产品质量的重要保障;根据用户需求,运用PLC控制技术与组态技术设计一套摩托车盘式制动器装配生产线的在线检测监控系统,系统通过RS232串口通讯、Modbus TCP/IP通信方式,实现了触摸屏与ATEQ气密检测仪、触摸屏与上位机组态工程之间的数据通信;利用MCGS触摸屏(TPC7062K)实现了运行状态监控、检测数据显示,通过上位组态工程完成对生产线的实时监控和数据保存,实现历史数据的查询、显示、Excel报表导出、合格率统计等功能;经过实际系统运行,目前测试参数正确,安全可靠,效果良好,完全符合用户制动器在线检测与监控要求,界面交互友好。The braking performance had a tremendous influence on the motor, so it is important to build an intelligent detecting system for the motorcycle disk brake. It would be the quality guarantee for the products. An on--line detecting and monitoring system for the braking performance of motorcycle disk brake has been designed by using some technology on programmable logic controller (PLC) and configuration. The communications protocol was applied in this system such as RS232, Ethernet and so on, which could realize the communication between the FX1N PLC and the ATEQ, as well as the computer and the touch screen. In this system, TPC7062K was used to realize the state monitoring of the detecting equipment and the data displaying. The computer was used to realize some functions: data management (all detecting data displaying or inquiry and qualified rate statistics) ; the state monitoring on all work stations and user management etc. By installation and debugging, the system was running safe and reliable. It fully met user requirements.
