摘　　要：以雷达电子真空管发射机为例,首先对影响雷达发射机性能的主要因子及失效率高、故障严酷度高的影响因子进行分析归纳,确定了BIT测试特性的参数;然后利用层次分析法根据严酷度等级计算因子权重并进行一致性检验,针对现有的评价存在的定性问题,运用云模型解决了BIT测试性能评估中指标的定性描述向定量表示转换的问题,最终通过对某型火控雷达的实例分析,将检测特性中专家定性评价转换成定量评价,得到结果客观而真实,对雷达测试性评估研究具有参考价值。Take the electronic vacuum tube transmitter of radar for example. The main factors affecting the radar transmitter perform ance and failure rates, failure harsh high impact factor analyzed and summarized to determine the parameters of the BIT test characteristics. And then use the analytic hierarchy process according to the severities rating factor weights and the consistency test, use the cloud model solution to solve the BIT test performance evaluation indicators qualitative description to quantitative conversion. The final instance of certain type of obtained results are objective and real, test evaluation studies on radar reference value.
