摘 要:为了对国内外收集的48份番茄品种资源进行评价和分类,在调查测定其表型性状的基础上,应用多元统计方法进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,48个品种的15个不同性状变异系数为14.03%~81.25%,平均变异系数为40.79%;相关性分析发现,番茄植株农艺性状与果实品质性状存在相关性;通过主成分分析可将15个主成分(表型性状)归纳为5个公因子,依次为花果数因子、生育期因子、营养因子、植株形态因子和果形因子;通过聚类分析将48份材料划分为5大类群,有70.8%的番茄品种分类与判别分析一致。研究结果明确了不同品种的表型特异性和遗传多样性,筛选出一些特异品种资源,有利其栽培利用和遗传改良。To evaluate 48 tomato variety resources collected from domestic and abroad,phenotypic traits were investigated and measured.The data were analyzed by multivariate statistical analysis to study the genetic diversity.The results showed that the variation of different traits was between 14.03% and 81.25%,with the average value of 40.79%.Correlation analysis found that agronomic traits of plants and quality traits of fruit were intrinsically linked.The 15 components were reduced to five by principal component analysis.They were flowers and fruits factor,reproductive period factor,nutrition factor,plants morphology factor and fruit shape factor respectively.48 tomato materials were divided into five groups by cluster analysis.Classification of 70.8% varieties were consistent with the results of discriminant analysis.The results clearly defined the phenotypic specificity and genetic diversity of tomato varieties,which filtered some specific variety resources to provide the basis for further use and improvement of them.
