摘 要:采用厌氧恒温培养体系,研究添加氧化铁、葡萄糖和V(Ⅴ)对水稻土中铁还原的影响,同时测定土壤中V(Ⅴ)质量分数的变化,探讨Fe(Ⅲ)与V(Ⅴ)还原间的竞争关系。结果表明,添加碳源能有效促进厌氧条件下微生物的Fe(Ⅲ)还原与V(Ⅴ)还原;添加氧化铁后,体系的铁还原潜势显著提高,但被铁悬液和土壤吸附的V(Ⅴ)释放受到抑制,还原量降低,Fe(Ⅲ)与V(Ⅴ)还原的进程均被延长;添加V(Ⅴ)可加快微生物Fe(Ⅲ)还原过程,但不会改变其最终还原量。V(Ⅴ)还原量的大小与土壤中异化铁还原体系的建立有密切关系。Through the anaerobic incubation with constant temperature,we study the effect on Fe(Ⅲ) reduction by adding Fe(Ⅲ),glucose and V(Ⅴ) and detected the variation of V(Ⅴ) in soil at the same time to discuss competitive relationship between Fe(Ⅲ) and V(Ⅴ) reduction.The results show that: Adding glucose as carbon resource can promote Fe(Ⅲ) and V(Ⅴ) reduction in the condition of anaerobic incubate in paddy soil;Extra iron oxide can significantly improve the iron reduction rate,but it may also result in the inhibition of V(Ⅴ) release,which was sorbed by the iron suspension and soil particles,so that the reduction of V(Ⅴ) was reduced.Adding exogenous iron oxide may also extend the time for the reduction process of Fe(Ⅲ) and V(Ⅴ);Adding V(Ⅴ) can accelerate the reduction rate of Fe(Ⅲ) in paddy soil,which has no significant effect on final concentration of reducing.The quantity of V(Ⅴ) reduction in the soil is closely related to the establishment of iron reduction system.
