忽地笑种子萌发研究

摘　　要：忽地笑(L.aurea)是石蒜属(Lycoris Herb)重要的观赏和药用植物。忽地笑果实为蒴果,种子近球形,一端为种孔,种子大小个体间差别较大。新鲜种子平均重量为0.347 g,种子干重为0.111 g,含水量约68.19%。依据萌发过程中形态学和组织学特征的变化,种子萌发可分为以下几个阶段:(1)种子露白,子叶鞘生长;(2)子叶基部膨大和胚根生长期;(3)第1片叶子伸出,初生鳞茎形成。L. aurea is one of important Lycoris Herb plants for ornament and medicine. Its fruit is capsular fruit, the seed is nearly spherical, the end is micropyle, seed size between individual difference is bigger. The average weight of fresh seeds were 0.347 g,Seed dry weight was 0. 111 g,water content was about 68.19%. Based on morphological and the changes of histological features during germination process, Seed germination can be divided into three stages：（ 1 ）seed exposed white and cotyledon-sheath growth;（2）cotyledon basal enlargement and radicle growth;（3 ）primay bulb enlargement and the formation of native bulb.
