摘  要:用60Co-γ射线辐射蜀葵干种子,在恒温培养箱中和温室条件下测定其发芽情况,结果表明,蜀葵种子在辐照后其发芽率、发芽势、活力指数和出苗率均受到抑制,与辐射剂量呈极显著负相关,出现最大发芽数的时间延迟,幼苗株高随着辐射剂量增加降低。辐照处理后种子在恒温培养条件下的萌发力高于温室,较后者提前达到最大发芽天数,且幼苗株高较高,成苗率较大。种子的半致死剂量在恒温条件下和温室栽培条件下分别为82.65 Gy和59.55 Gy。Dry Seeds of Althaea rosea were irradiated with ^60Co-γ ray and the germination conditions were observed in incubators (petri dishes) and greenhouse separately. The results showed that after irradiation, seed germination rate, germination energy, vigor index and emergence rate were restrained and it was negatively correlated with irradiation dose increasing significantly. The maximum germination day was delayed and seedling height decreased with the increase of irradiation dose. Compared with seeds in petri dishes, seed viabilities in incubators were higher and achieved the maximum day early. The seedling height and the percentage of seedling emergency were higher than the latter, too. Semi-lethal dose of Althaea rosea seeds were 82.65 Gy and 59.55 Gy as in incubators and greenhouse.
